New Clients
To secure your first appointment at Tranquil Radiance Spa, a valid credit card on file and a $50 deposit per service (minimum $50 total) is required at the time of booking.
Deposit Details
- Deposits may be paid using a credit card or a Tranquil Radiance Spa gift card only.
- SpaFinder, Spa Week, and Spa Wish gift cards cannot be used for deposits.
- Your deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We require a full 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations must be made by calling (561) 758-9635 and speaking directly with a spa attendant.
If calling after business hours, you may leave a voicemail. A manager will return your call the next business day.
If proper 24-hour notice is not given: your deposit becomes non-refundable, and you will be responsible for full payment of the missed service(s). The card on file will be charged for any remaining balance owed.
This policy helps ensure our on-call service providers are compensated for reserved appointment time.
Existing Clients
We kindly require 24-hour notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.
To cancel, please call (561) 758-9635 and speak directly with a spa attendant. If calling after business hours, you may leave a voicemail, and we will return your call the next business day.
If 24-hour notice is not provided: full payment of the scheduled service(s) plus 15% gratuity will be charged. The credit card on file will be processed to compensate your reserved service provider for lost wages.
