Meet the Experts at Nordik Chiropractic
Getting a massage can be a great way to relax, reduce stress, and ease muscle tension. The frequency of massages depends on your individual needs and preferences. If you have a physically demanding job or participate in regular physical activity, you may benefit from regular massages to prevent injury and aid in recovery. If you experience chronic pain or tension, regular massages can also help manage those symptoms, but what do you do when those symptoms are getting harder to manage?
When To See a Chiropractor
Ever wonder when to visit a chiropractor? Whether at home, at work, or out and about, daily living puts strain on our bodies. Because of this, you may suffer from persistent headaches, migraines, and neck, back, or joint pain. This pain may also be present due to illness, injury, accident, or a long-term condition.
Taking pain relievers and anti-inflammatory medications may temporarily alleviate your symptoms but won’t address the underlying cause, this is when you should consider visiting a chiropractor.
Finding the right chiropractor can be a daunting task, but don’t worry, we’re here to help!
At Tranquil Radiance Spa, we trust the Expert Chiropractors of Nordik Chiropractic, in Jupiter, Florida.
At Nordik Chiropractic, their goal is to give patients relief and allow them to live their lives pain-free. They believe no one should suffer from treatable pain and work hard to alleviate and treat the root cause. Their doctors have extensive experience with a variety of pains and injuries and have developed individualized techniques to provide lasting relief to patients.
Nordik Chiropractic follows the Gonstead system of chiropractic care. This is a literal hands-on approach to treatment. This method allows the doctors to feel and find the problematic area/s. Their doctors have over 300 hours of combined Gonstead treatment training, so you can rest assured that you are in the best hands. They combine non-invasive adjustments and physical therapies to relieve pain and restore mobility to the body.
What is the Gonstead method?
The Gonstead method, also know as the Gonstead technique, is the gold standard in “hands on” chiropractic care developed by Clarence S. Gonstead. Dr. Gonstead’s interest in human body mechanics continued to motivate him to perfect his system over his fifty years of work. He found there was no substitute or better method for analyzing or correcting spinal misalignments than with a pair of skilled chiropractic hands, complimented with modern diagnostic techniques. The focus of the Gonstead method is to be as specific, precise, and accurate as possible, addressing only the problem areas (areas of subluxation). Great care is taken to ensure a bio-mechanically correct position and precise thrust to provide the most accurate and painless adjustment possible.
