Adhering to our spa policies creates a happy environment where our professionals can focus on your needs. The following is important for creating a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. We appreciate your cooperation and are committed to making sure that you have an amazing experience with us!

Cancellation Policy:

NEW CLIENTS VISITING TRANQUIL RADIANCE SPA:

For all New Clients visiting Tranquil Radiance Spa, LLC located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, we require a credit card on file and a deposit of $50 per service/s totaling $50 or more to secure your appointment. The deposit can be paid with the provided credit card or a Tranquil Radiance Spa gift card only. SpaFinder, Spa Week, and Spa Wish gift cards can not be used as payment for the deposit. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of service/s on the day of. This Credit Card deposit is refundable if the client cancels appointment(s) with a full 24-hour notice by calling (561) 758-9635, and physically speaking with a Tranquil Radiance Spa, spa attendant. If it is after spa hours, you may leave a voice message and a manager will contact you the following business day. *If 24 hours' notice isn't given, the deposit becomes non-refundable to compensate the on-call service provider/s employed by Tranquil Radiance Spa, LLC for lost wages*  -We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

EXISTING CLIENTS VISITING TRANQUIL RADIANCE SPA:

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your appointment by calling (561) 758-9635, and physically speaking with a Tranquil Radiance Spa, spa attendant, or FULL PAYMENT is expected for the missed service(s) to compensate the on-call service provider/s employed by Tranquil Radiance Spa, LLC for lost wages - Please note that the credit card provided by yourself at the initial time of scheduling will be utilized to provide payment for canceling outside of our policies*. If it is after spa hours, you may leave a voice message, and a manager and/or spa attendant will contact you the following business day.

Cell Phone Policy:

To maintain a calm, stress-free environment, we ask that cell phones and electronic devices are turned to silent.

Product Refund:

All product returns are valid for exchange or in-store credit only within 30 days of purchase.

*Products up for exchange must be unopened unless shown proof of allergic reaction.

Child Care Policy:

We love children! And in order to keep them safe, we ask that children only accompany parents or adults when receiving services themselves. This helps maintain a professional atmosphere for other guests enjoying our services.

Minor Policy:

Children age 10-15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and a minor consent form must be filled out. During their service, the parent/guardian may not leave the building until the service is complete.

We do not provide massage or facial services to minors under the age of ten (10).

Late Arrival Policy:

All appointments are scheduled to allow time for full enjoyment of each service. A late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Late arrivals may not be afforded an extension and you are responsible for payment for the full service.

Gift Card Policy:

Redeemable at Tranquil Radiance Spa only for retail and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on this card. NOT to be redeemed as cash. Treat this card as cash; if it is lost, it will not be replaced.  Tranquil Radiance Spa  gift cards & certificates are a NON-REFUNDABLE item, and they do not expire. All gift card/certificate sales are final.
